This image is all CMYK colors. If you use your graphics program's color picker to choose a color from this image the results when printed should be fairly close to what you see on screen. I recommend really clicking around on the chart. It isn't always obvious what "color" something is because the adjacent color can influence your perception. For example, it might not be obvious that there are some good browns on this chart, but there are, in the upper third of the chart near the left and right edges.
