How to Backup the HTML in Your Premium Shop

Don't be afraid to experiment. Nothing you can do on the Custom HTML page will delete your products or images. The worst that will happen is you might have to start over with the custom HTML you entered. You can save yourself some work by backing up the code before making changes.

Go into the custom html page.

1. Log into your account.
2. Choose Manage.
3. Choose Customize Shop Appearance
4. Choose Custom HTML

Then copy the code from each box, paste it into Notepad (or any plain text editor), and save it on your local computer. To do that:

1. Click in the box.

2. Right-click, choose "Select All"

3. Paste the text into your plain text editor. Save it. Give it a name that is obvious, like
   StoreDescription
   Head
   Header
   Footer
   ExtraSidebar
   
   Remember to save each box in a separate file.

OK - now you are ready to experiment.
